All orders are to be “Paid in Full” before delivery process begins. Unless stated otherwise, all shipping fees will be charged for shipments to customer’s designated shipping address in the contiguous United States using UPS as our choice of carriers. In no event shall Online Metal Source be liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages of any kind resulting from loss or use of products, due to failure to meet required delivery date, failure of correct shipment of the order or damages occurred during transit. Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery for accuracy, damages or shortages you must note any errors, damages or shortages on the drivers delivery receipt. Due to the nature of materials ordered at Online Metal Source returns and order cancellations are not accepted, all sales are final except in the rare case an order was processed incorrectly, if an error is found please contact us via e-mail or call the phone number listed on our site within 24hrs after receiving your order. In which every effort will be made to remedy the error as soon as possible. Refusing an order does not release the customer from our return policy; Customers will be responsible for shipping charges both ways plus a 25% restocking fee.
